Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 12 May 2026. These terms govern your use of Ozwin Casino services. By creating an account, depositing or playing, you agree to these terms and to the supporting policies referenced inside them — the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy in particular. The language below is deliberately plain. Where a clause has been simplified for readability, the underlying legal effect is unchanged; if any plain-language phrasing conflicts with the controlling licence, the licence controls.

Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to every Aussie player who creates an account, every visitor who deposits as a guest, and every account holder who continues to use the service after a published change to these terms. Eligibility is restricted to natural persons aged 18 or over, resident in Australia at the address recorded against the account, and not employed by Ozwin Casino or its corporate affiliates. We do not accept registrations from any party acting on behalf of another person, from corporate entities, or from any jurisdiction where real-money online casino play is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to confirm legality where you sit before opening an account.

Your Account: Eligibility, Identity and One-Per-Player

An account is yours and only yours. You may hold exactly one Ozwin account; second accounts under any name are closed on detection and any balance attributable to the duplicate is forfeit. The same rule applies to household accounts where two or more accounts share a residential address and a deposit method — at our discretion, we treat those as a single household account and apply bonus and withdrawal caps on that basis. The point of the rule is to keep welcome bonuses for genuine first-time players; it is not a rule we apply pedantically when a flatshare clearly involves unrelated adults each playing their own funds, but the burden is on you to demonstrate that on request.

You must keep account information accurate. Change of address, mobile, email or banking details should be updated inside My Account before the next deposit or withdrawal. We verify identity at sign-up via Australian electronic verification, and again with a document pair on the first withdrawal — a current AU driver licence plus a recent utility bill or bank statement under three months old. We reserve the right to request additional documents at any time if a transaction pattern triggers a fraud or AML review.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Limits

Deposit minimum is AU$25 across all rails. Per-transaction deposit maximum is AU$5,000 on PayID, POLi and BPAY, AU$500 per Neosurf voucher. Withdrawal minimum is AU$50. The standard withdrawal ceilings are AU$4,000 per day, AU$15,000 per week, AU$60,000 per month. These ceilings are reset at midnight AEST and re-evaluated against pending withdrawals already in the rail.

Every withdrawal carries a four-hour pending window during which it can be reversed back to your casino balance from inside the cashier — past the four hours the payout is committed and cannot be recalled by either party. The first withdrawal of any session triggers a fresh document review even if KYC is complete; that review adds up to twenty-four hours to the first payout window. Funds are paid back to the same name and account combination that funded the deposit; we do not pay to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonus Rules — Stacking, Wagering and Forfeit

At most one bonus is active on your account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is still in wagering forfeits the unwagered prior bonus and any bonus-derived balance. This rule is applied automatically by the cashier and cannot be reversed by support; it is not a penalty, it is the mechanical result of the new bonus consuming the slot the old one occupied. Plan claims in sequence: finish wagering, withdraw or convert, then claim the next offer.

Wagering applies to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount at the multiplier published on the offer page. Pokies contribute 100% to wagering; RNG table games and video poker contribute 10%; live dealer contributes 0%. Maximum stake on a single spin or hand while a bonus is in wagering is AU$10 — placing a single AU$15 spin forfeits the entire bonus balance, with no warning at the moment of click. Bonus expiry runs fourteen days from welcome bonus activation and seven days from reload activation; an unfinished bonus at expiry is removed along with any bonus-derived balance.

Fair Play, Anti-Fraud and Bonus Abuse

You play your own funds, on your own device, in your own name. Use of bots, automated scripts, shared accounts, VPNs that mask AU residency, or coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts is bonus abuse and is grounds for closure with forfeit of bonus-derived funds. Original deposits unrelated to the abuse are refunded to the deposit method. Where activity rises to suspected money laundering, the matter is reported to the appropriate authority and the funds are frozen pending the outcome of that report — Ozwin does not arbitrate AML matters, it cooperates with the body that does.

Game results are determined by certified random number generation; we do not adjust outcomes by player, balance or time of day. Rare disputes about a single round are resolved by reference to the server-side game log, which is the authoritative record. Player-side screenshots are useful context but do not override the log.

Closing an Account and Dormancy

You may close your account at any time from My Account or by emailing support. We refund the cleared, withdrawable balance to your registered withdrawal rail and zero the bonus balance. Closure is permanent for the purposes of welcome bonuses — a future account from the same household will not qualify for the new-player offer.

An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal or game play for twelve consecutive months is treated as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of AU$5 begins on the thirteenth month, capped at the remaining balance. Reactivating the account at any point inside the dormancy window halts the fee from the day of reactivation; previously deducted maintenance fees are not refunded. The dormancy rule does not apply to accounts under active self-exclusion.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If you believe a transaction or game outcome is wrong, raise it first with support — most disputes are resolved inside thirty calendar days through that channel. If the support resolution is unsatisfactory and you believe the matter falls under our licence's jurisdiction, escalate in writing to [email protected] for a written reply inside fifteen business days. Unresolved disputes after sixty calendar days from the original ticket may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution body listed under our Curacao licence and at the foot of these terms. Governing law is the law of the licence jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you hold as an Australian consumer.

Changes to These Terms

We change these terms occasionally to reflect product, payment, regulatory or licensing developments. Material changes are announced by email to the address on file and by a banner on the casino homepage at least fourteen calendar days before the effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the change. If you do not accept a change, you may close the account inside the notice window and we refund the cleared balance in full to your registered withdrawal rail.
